good quality These binoculars are clear and handy. Took them camping last week and was amazed at the quality and clairity. July 19, 2013
Ok for the money I bought these Nikons online because I needed something light and cheap for when I hunt or scout. They worked fine but I was never happy with them from the beginning. The strap felt cheaply made; I would expect that type of quality on a $10 generic pair, but not Nikons. Also the fact it came with no case was a little annoying. I personally didn't like the feel of them. For being Nikons it felt cheaply made. Again they worked fine I was satisfied with their performance. But I was just not happy with them. So I returned them. July 10, 2013
Good quality for compact I was surprised at how clear the view was for the size of the binoculars. Lightweight and easy on the neck. Great for hunting and hiking. June 25, 2013
Good Quality for the Price Received them as a birthday present from my wife. Good quality Binoculars but; the binoculars did not come with a case to carry them in. June 25, 2013

A:
No, they are not waterproof. From personal experience when I used them in high humidity, in my john boat or when moving from inside the a/c truck to the trail they would even fog up easily. I can't say that they were not bumped as they are "sealed" but they are definitely not water proof.
