Nikon ProStaff Shotgun Hunter Scope
Great scope for price
I bought this (the 2x7x32 model) for my H&R Ultra Slug Hunter 20g. They pair really well. The first time I shot the H&R with this scope on it I had to do it at night in my friends backyard in the country. We lit the area up with a spotlight and I zeroed in at 50 yards. First shot on target, but slightly off. After adjusting slightly the second was near bullseye. Another minor adjustment and the third was dead center. I hit a double lung shot on a moving doe at 40 yards the next morning. I had it on a previous shotgun (which was replaced by the H&R) earlier in the season and I slipped on a bank with mud and ice and it got a slight knock, enough to scratch it. Did not affect the functionality or accuracy at all. It sat in a safe from Feb - Sept. Last week I shot it twice at 50 and both were dead center with no adjustment. Super happy with this scope, especially if you can catch the sale price. I only am able to hunt with it a few weekends per year and it's perfect for that. I have had no issues with the eye relief and two of the three deer I've gotten through this scope were moving.

Was very happy with this scope. Coupled with a Warne picadilly rail and scope rings it was the perfect compliment to my Savage 220.

JUST the scope I was looking for!
Wanted a scope for my AR in 7.62x39 and there were so many choices out there. Some how I found this, What a great scope. Best glass I have seen anywhere near this price point. At just 12 ounce way lighter than most other scopes I looked at. FYI the P Series mounts work very well with this and are just 5 ounces the complete set weighs what most scopes just weigh. Size, weight, and the quality make this one a winner

Hard to follow moving targets
Nice Quality Scope for the $$, but the eye relief is not the best. Its hard to line up your eye and the target when theres a moving target (running deer). I have other scopes that are cheaper and have better eye relief than this. This would be a good scope for still hunters, but if you have a deer on the move, its hard to line up while still in shotgun range. I returned this.
