Rated 5 out of 5 by Highly recommended!!!! I put this scope on a Barnett Wildcat C5 crossbow. The Barnett scope that came with it wasn't very clear although it was accurate, I strongly believe in showing enough respect to the animal you are after to review and use the best equipment your budget will allow. The Nikon scope made SUCH a difference! It is crystal clear even at dusk, precisely and deadly accurate out to 60 yds. Using Red Hot carbon bolts tipped with Tru Fire Switchblade 100 gr. broadheads, I made a perfect 50 yd. DEAD ON shot on a nice 9 point in early November. This scope to me is a MUST DO upgrade for your crossbow. February 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by One great scope I received this nikon scope for christmas this pass year. I mounted it on my excalibur crossbow. My eyes liked it a lot better then the one that came with the bow, its much clearer and brighter. I shoot a 20" bolt with a 125gr field point. Its D.O.A. out to 60yrds. I didn't get a chance to hunt with it yet, but Iam very happy with the results in target ppractice.. It's worth every cent I paid for it. February 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Scope! I am a huge fan of Nikon products and the moment I saw this crossbow scope I had to give it a try. I paired this scope with my Barnett Buck Commander! I shot for about 30 minutes and got everything dialed in. Note: I am shooting the bolts that came with crossbow and using 100gr field points! 20-50 yards is dead on and the 60 is half inch high perfectly centered of the bag as far as left and right go. I say that's pretty dang good in my opinion. After dialing it in I shot and shot and it has held extreme consistency! June 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Great scope This scope increased the effectiveness of my Barnett crossbow ten fold. After initial setup three shots later bow was splitting its own bolts at 40 yards. This would have been tops if not using lumen-nok lighted bolts at the time. Lost of three lighted bolts. Won't go wrong with this combination. June 15, 2013

Hi, per Nikon this lightweight compact design fits virtually every crossbow design. We do not show that at this time we carry a mount or rings for your Barnett Jackal. Please refer to Barnett. Thank You!

A:
Yes, it will work on bows up to 400 fps. Plus most likely you are not shooting anywhere near that speed. All the bow companies rate their bows and crossbows with a 350 gr arrow or bolt. Your bolts are probably well over 400gr. My crossbow is rated at 330fps and in real life with my 430 gr bolts it shoots 306.
