I'm thinking of getting a set of night vision optics to get out to my hunting stand in the early morning (about 4am). I know i've actually seen temps as low as -20F at 10am in early march once or twice where i hunt, and i know it's been so cold that i've had a couple flashlights stop working halfway to my stand, and my camelpak turn into a bag of ice.

The operating temperatures for the NOBG1 are 14F to 104F. Per the manufacturer: "If it gets that cold I would not suggest for you to take this unit since it might be damaged." Thank you.

I am afraid not, however if you were to use them in conjunction with a hand held spotlight or some other metheod to light your target then it might work for you but there are other night scopes out there that will work better try this site http://www.opticshq.com
