I finally got to harvest an animal with this broadhead. I was extremely impressed with the penetration and killing power of these broadheads. After blowing through the shoulder of my elk it took out the lungs and lodged in a rib on the opposite side. Upon close magnified inspection when we got it home the blades were still razor sharp with no need whatsoever to resharpen them. They weren't bent either. I was using the older style razors that don't have the support bar in the relief hole. I can only imagine these new models are even stronger. I only have two left, so I will be getting 3 more of these new ones.

A:Â
Any weight SHARP broadhead will take down a deer if you place the arrow properly. If you can shoot accurately with a sharp 125 grain broadhead go for it and hit a vital zone on the animal. You will be pleased with the results.A:Â
yes it will, i shoot 100 grains and have not had any problems takin deer out to 40 yards1 of 1
