Quality product, however color is not as shown in catalog/on-line. I ordered Paprika which looks red in the catalog/on-line, however it is more of a salmon kind of color. I was disappointed, but loved the jacket so much, that I kept it. Cute pockets inside for all your necessities when walking/hiking. I ordered my regular size and fit was perfect.

Love the quality, fabric & design..., RUNS VERY SMALL and fitted! I normally wear a large comfortably with all the Natural Reflections clothing. I ordered a large and could not wear it even with just a T-Shirt. Will return and will not order up as I don't think a size up would work either. Very disappointed.

Although I like the fit, style and the jacket had a good hood, I ended up returning it. I did not like the plastic feel of the fabric.

I like the fit and the look. The price was right. My only complaint is that it is heavy. I do not yet know how well it holds up under use, washing, ect.

What does the phrase "neutralizes rain" mean? I s it water proof? Is it water resistant, and if so how resistant?

I can't answer the technical "neutralizes rain" question, but I can tell you that I wore it in the rain last week and it kept me dry.It wasn't a downpour so I don't know if it can handle that, but it was a good steady rain. The hood could use a "visor" but it's still great for the money.
