Rated 4 out of 5 by NICEnEVILmike Nice tent, poor instructions
I recently purchased this tent for an upcoming camping trip and did a test setup in my driveway on my 2008 Toyota Tundra Double Cab with a 6.5 foot bed. The tent fits great! It took me about 30-40 minutes to setup by myself after having looked at the video instructions on the manufacturer's website. Like many other reviews I've read, the actual color of some of the tent poles is not the same as in the instructions, so it made setup a little more challenging than it should have been, but it's pretty easy to figure it out with a little trial and error. That's why I only rated it 4 stars. To make setup easier next time I used a label maker and labeled each pole with its exact location. The tent is much roomier inside than I expected. The big windows allow a lot of air flow and the cab window screen opens completely to allow you to run cords from the cab of your truck into the tent.

The directions were not too clear and diagrams would help tremendously for each step. Shock cords were not color coded correctly. One set was to be orange and there was not orange ones. We had to guess which ones went where. Again, directions need to be better written and step by step photos to match.

Got the tent in good order from Bass Pro and wife and I decided to set it up before my upcoming dove hunting trip. Unpacked the carrying case and spread the parts out on the living room floor. Behold the Orange poles that are not Orange but are actually dark gray. Due to my wife's superior deductive reasoning skills (I have none) we were able to get the tent together in fairly short order. (about 45 minuted start to finish) The pole that goes over the entryway is, in my opinion, about a foot too long. If you are not 6'10" you'll probably never get the rain cover on this puppy. It was easy to break down and get back into the carrying case. Hint: Take your time and it will go together pretty easy. Looks great and I'm anxious to try it out.

I purchased this tent so I could sleep on a level surface off of damp/wet grounds at camp sites.
It lasted a Michigan 4 day camping trip from weather ranging from 90 degrees during the day, after the front moved through the temps dropped down to 50 at night with a constant lake wind of 35+ mph and even heavy downpours. No leaks and it stayed intact! Setup wasn't a big deal and had adequate ventilation during the hot spell. Lots of room. So far so good.
