My son just turned 2 and has been asking for a bow , so we bought this for him and its great! he can draw it and shoot with no problems! he has alot of fun playing with it and i would definalty recommend it to anyone looking for a bow for a toddler. Bass pro suggests ages 5 and up, but i think this would be too young for a 5 year old. The only problem we have had is the nocks fall out of the arrows, some glue fixed that...

The NXT Generation Compound Bow is probably one of the best toys we've ever purchased for our son Finn. He got it for Christmas last year, he was just over 2 years old, and has been using it ever since. It is easy for his little hands to pull back and release, and it great quality. We only wish we would have purchased this one first, before all the $10 flimsy ones.
Finn has worn out all of the plastic arrows, so we've improvised by using his Daddy's practice arrows and and the bow still shoots just as good.
