These heads fly just like target points. They do significant damage to small game as well. The Trocar tip bites right in and the spring arms keep it from doing a full zip-through. Definitely delivers all energy to the game.
The spring arms do keep the arrow from snaking under the grass, but loose leaves just seem to get pushed along. Either way, the heads keep arrows from getting buried if you miss.
There is a little noise associated with these heads. I think the fact that it's 2 separate pieces (1 for head, 1 for spring arms), and there will be a buzz if they are not screwed on super tight. There should have been a tool to tighten them, as you can't quite get them super tight by using just your hands.
The springs hold up well when shooting into foam or haybails. You may need to use a toothbrush or compressed air to clean out grit and dirt from within the springs.
I give 4 stars based on the noise and cleaning. However these heads are tough and durable, and get the job done! Just as accurate as field points.

These broadheads are awesome. Flew just like a field tip and tears up small game. Took two rabbits with them and they had no chance. Great tip if you like hunting for varmints. All in all great small game broadhead.

these small game heads are a neat idea but they have to weak of springs they wont flip up the arrow they go skipping across the fields and get lost. they are very accurate hope this helps
