I can't get these to shoot like my field points and have had problems with that through the years and going through many different arrows, setups, but they do the job. I killed one deer and the entrance went through right behind the front shoulder and came out of the other shoulder. "Bad to the bone" was made truthful there. It only ran about 50 yds if that far. I killed another deer that I shot through one lung and it bled immediately, but not as much of a trail as I like although I did find it a mere 60 yds later. Only reason I didn't give this five stars is the unimpressive blood trail, so I'm still looking for that perfect head, but if you can get these to hit the target they do just what they are supposed to.

I had my first archery kill this morning with these heads. It literally looked like a shotgun wound sized entrance and exit. They also flew right with field points out of my crossbow. Althought I shot a little high and hit the spine dead on, the Broadhead suffered absolutly no damage whatsoever after a complete passthrough.

i picked theses up at bass pro late deer seson trying to wack a deer before the season was over but never got the chance.i compared the practice head to the real deal and saw the real deal spun way more! if u buy these only put them on the on arrow that when u screw it in it lines up with your vains perfect and no other arrows because the inserts on your arrows wont b the same so the arrows will spin different this is with all fixed blades. the blades are veryy sharp so b carefull with that. i shot a foot thick target 20 yards away with my dimond 55pnd bow and it almost passed threw and so my feild tip whent half of the way threw that the muzzy did. these are great if u put the time in to fine tuning them. im takein them spring brake to shoot a axis and some hogs so hope fully ill put one on the wall pretty quick!!!

I have read the negative reviews, and have some suggestions for those folks. Use a quality arrow or bolt, spin check final assembly for flawed inserts and get yourself some shooting lessons. The only thing that I have found with these is they tend to fly a little higher than field points. I have had 100% success, and the longest blood trail was only 50 yards! Muzzy's rock!
