Great product! had it out shooting creek suckers the other day, and even after bouncing the tip off of some rocks a couple feet under, its still not dinged up! I was inpressed with that!

These are the best bowfishing arrows ever made. In the past, I used Cabin Archery arrows, but found that having to completely remove the head to release my catch quite cumbersome. The release mechanics on the Muzzy is so much easier and much more efficient! The bright pink nocks caught me a few choice comments from my bowfishing buddies, but we're working past all that. :-)
I do wish that the arrows came with safety slides as opposed to the holes in the shaft of the arrow.

Shot many of tough skin gars with this arrow. Most shots pass completely through both sides of fish. Easy fish removal by slightly unscrewing point and reversing barbs. Point touches up easily with flat file. Thanks Muzzy for a great product!

Just wondering if these tips get loose and back out like traditional screw in types?Answers
A:Â
Sometimes, but that's to be expected. Periodic checks are quick and just good practice.A:Â
The black trocar tip on the fish point is designed to be loosened to reverse the barbs, but it only takes about 2 turns to release the barbs to remove the fish, then realign the barbs and tighten the tip back down. The tip can loosesn with repeated shooting into the bottom so it is always a good idea to check the tips from time to time if there are alot of shots taken and missed! The body is glued and pinned to the arrow shaft and will not come off, only the tip actually loosens.1 of 1
