I've used these for over a year now. Keeping a soft plastic creature bait secure and keeping a good presentation is easy. Very durable and they don't bend easily.

I have been using the screw type swim bait hooks for some time with great results. I recently started using swim style stick baits and felt I needed a smaller profile attachment to secure the bait. The screw type worked, but tore the bait up pretty good. I found these at my local tackle store and wanted to give them a shot. I am sure glad I did.
I have been using Mustad hooks for years and have never been let down. Quality is bar none. These hooks come 3 to a pack. I purchased the 1/8 oz 5/0 for larger baits and the 1/4 oz 4/0 for swim stick baits. Both of these hooks were very sharp, had no imperfections on the metal, very strong and came with very sturdy packaging. My only complaint is the amount of hooks you get. I wish they had a value pack or something larger than just 3. Each hook was very consistent in weight as well.
The point to attach the bait is very slender and perfect for thinner profiled baits. I would suggest using them on solid baits only. I tried using these on hollow bodied swim baits, and didn't have very good luck. With the weight of the swim bait, they were coming off the point with each cast. Swim baits are better suited for the screw type points.
Over all I cant say enough about these hooks and Mustads quality. If your wanting to use swim stick baits or a small solid profile bait, this is your hook.
