Rated 5 out of 5 by A good compromise I am a circle hook fan, only large hooks I use. Good quality hooks. Doesn't have as much bend as some deep sea hooks, a good compromise for those fresh water fishers. May 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superior hook These Mustad Demon Circle hooks are a far superior hook than anything I have ever used on catfish. They are super sharp and more often than not will hook through the hard upper lip. You have to work hard to loose a fish once hooked with this product. April 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good hook. This is a great hook to use especially on trotlines and juglines. It hooks the fish good with the sharp point even though catfish mouths are tough. I would recomend buying this product. November 19, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by looks good, but TOO THIN Look great. Sharp. I was a little suprised to find the hooks that arrived were labeled as 1x or 2x thin. They worked fine for 1-2 lb channel cats, but when I hooked a slighty bigger flathead (about 5 lb) the hook was bent, almost straightened, and had to be replaced. This happened several times during the course of the day. Never lost a fish due to the hook bending, but did get a little frustrated at having bought "thin" hooks. Buy 1x or 2x strong for bigger fish. June 20, 2011

Its the best. Ive caught 500+ bass on the 3/0 wacky rigging Dingers and Senkos. Use the 2/0 for smallmouth.
