used this with the aluminum propane fish cooker for a fish fry on the beach during our church youth retreat. Being 630 miles from home we did not want to haul a 20 pound tank from home, nor did we wish to purchase one and have to either drag it home or leave it there. We used this to attach a 1 pound disposable bottle and got almost 45 minutes of cooking time out of it. we did have to replace the bottle part of the way through cooking, but it was a great experience for our youth group. only dislike is the price tag of the adaptor was within 15 bucks of the whole cooker.
