Moultrie Pro Hunter 30 Gallon Tripod Game Feeder
so far so good!
feeder has worked perfectly so far, it has been out two months, on two scheduled feeding times per day and still reads 100% battery. using 6 volt instead of D batteries. lid is cumbersome to take on/off and allows water to pool at the top, but that's not a huge deal if you are careful to not allow water in. very pls so far and working great. we also have a gravity feeder and this saves a lot of $$ on corn. thanks

Decent Feeder for the Money
Set the feeder up using the recommended leg kit and ground feet, after about two months - while only half full one of the legs failed (bent) and the feeder fell to the ground. I then used 3 pieces of Rigid Alum conduit 1 1/2" as the legs - much better. Battery life is great - broadcast is good - I would recommend sealing all seams and drilled penetrations inside and outside of the drum prior to putting in use - (good idea on any feeder) this will eliminate moisture problems. Feeder performs well - legs not so good.

I purchased this feeder for the 2009 hunting season. I never had any issues with the reliability of the motor / timer, corn clogging, or battery life. The one thing I did find is that it does not hold 200 lbs. of corn, only about 180 lbs maybe it holds 200 lbs. of other types of feed. However, this is not a big deal to me personally.
