I've had a " Picture " viewer for years but needed a new one to view my videos.. product works good for that... easy to use, screen size and resolution good enough for the field... BUT... why would they have a zoom function WITHOUT being able to PAN.. ( my "OLD" wiewer does that ) who wants to zoom in on the center of the screen thats not where the action is at. if not for that i would have given it a "5". beats having to lug around a laptop and good enough till you get back home... Good Hunting...

Rated 4 out of 5 Very Convenient
Who needs a laptop for game camera viewing!! I live about 6hrs from my current hunting camp and I needed something that allowed me to view/edit/delete pictures on my scouting camera. This digital picture viewer is great!! Although a small screen, you can zoom in on any buck. You can edit pictures on the spot and you can transfer pictures to another card for viewing on home computer. I would recommend keeping a 4GB or larger SD memory card in storage slot but a 2GB is fine if you are around more than once a season. Battery life seems to be great, but I just flip the batteries upside down when I'm not using the apparatus, however, its pretty tough to slide the power button to "on". The only downside to this product is that it may take some time to transfer pictures if you have a lot of them.
