I had loaned my scale out to a hunting buddy, needless to say he had to buy me a new one. It weighs correctly. Easy to use with the included S hooks.

Always wanted to now what the deer wieghed , first tried it out on the climbing stand , 40pounds more then I thought.
Just got to use it on its first Deer 190pounds dressed. It was worth it.

I think the scale will work fine for me when i use it. When i opened the box i immediatly noticed that the super thin plate that had the weights printed on it was damaged. I was able to take it apart and straighten the plate out.

Purchased one 5 years ago and it has held up great. The only draw back is the hooks they are more of a J hook than a S hook.
