Biologic Alfaclover seed
I planted Biologic Alfaclover seed mixed in with
field rye grass seed on a sandy well drained food plot
area. Just disc, put down triple 10 ,disc, seed, cultipacked, and done!
Got a good amount of rain that same week, the seed came up within a week. Already the deer and turkeys are already into it.
The rye grass helps protect the Alfaclover while it is growing, will come up for about five years.

Great Deer Food
I planted this product the same time as Whitetail Clover. They both grew great, but the deer ate the Biologic clover first.
It grows great and attracts deer, what more do you want!!!!

We tried and it didn't come in to great, but that could be a bunch of factors(water, fertilizer, no topsoil). I forget which company makes it but a company sells a shade mix. Or else just try it and see....good luck.
sure i have planted in minimal sunlite it grows very well in soil that has been covered in leaves just make sure you rake them all away the only bad part about putting a plot where leaves fall is next year the plot is covered in leaves again
