Rated 4 out of 5Â by twalley Nice gun
I just used the gun for the first time while dove hunting. The only negative, it doesn't automatically eject spent shells, so you have to do that manually. One time, that delay cost me a shot. Other than that, the gun worked beautifully.

bought my 20 Gauge Silver Reserve a few months ago from my local Bass Pro Shops location... wanted a new shotgun for Upland bird hunting and previously had owned a 12 Gauge version of this same shotgun. right after I bought it, I started getting into skeet shooting and have since put in the neighborhood of 250 rounds a week through it. only modification was to replace the original chokes with a set of Briley extended skeet chokes. I'd say I've put somewhere around 2500 rounds through it and it's never given me any issue at all. still locks up nice and tight and feels just as solid as ever. many guys I've shot with mistake it for a much higher priced O/U and are surprised when I tell them it's a Mossberg. very attractive looking, reliable shotgun at a terrific price! I'm planning to keep this as my bird hunting gun and buy the 12 Gauge Sporting version of this gun to use exclusively for skeet! these are really nice shotguns and I'd DEFINITELY recommend taking a serious look at these if you're in the market for a nice O/U but don't want to spend thousands...
