Original factory barrels let you modify your Mossberg shotgun to specific shooting needs. Deer barrels are fully rifled (recommended for shooting sabot slugs) and available with an integral scope base or rifle sights. Accu-Choke models include Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder choke tubes. All 500 models have 3" chambers; the 835 model has a 3-1/2'' chamber.

i ordered a 24" slug barrel ported fiber optic sights.The barrel looked like it had been shot before and had suface rust and pitts inside barrel.I returned it and the next barrel that arrived had rifling that was NOT centeredas well as rust and barrel pitts,Very poor quality.

out of the box easy setup 3 shot sabot was lined up at 50 yards great for youth, my kid has shot it with ease and hitting great site plane is easy for youth hunters

Purchased this barrel for my mossberg 500 turkey gun to be able to shoot slugs for deer worked well shot a good group at 50 yds.
