The Mossberg 500 Super Bantam 20 Gauge w/22'' Barrel Turkey Shotgun is the preferred choice of youngsters and smaller stature adults - from beginner to seasoned outdoorsmen alike. The Mossberg 500 is an excellent choice in a youth shotgun i recentley purchased one and it barely kicks and is not very loud i am very excited to take it turkey hunting with me tomorrow i am 100% sure it will be able to take one down :) It was an amazing buy no complaints at all

Bought this shotgun prior to the opening of Dove season. My 10 year and 13 year old have both used it and love it. My older 17 year old also loves it, even if it is small for him. The recoil is light enough that they have been able to shoot 100 rounds of skeet and hardly feel it. Very user friendly for inexperienced shooters. It has proven accurate and reliable. Very glad we made this choice.
