Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Target Bag I've got to say this is a fine target bag and for the price, this just can't be beat! I had another bag that was advertised as stopping crossbow bolts, shot far enough through that bag to ruin the fletching on a bolt. Took several shots getting my Quad AVI sighted in, this bag stops the bolts like a champ and removal is easier than pulling compound bow shots out of the other bag. Buy this bag, you will not be disappointed. March 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product! Just recently i purchased the Morrel Yellow Jacket target for my son. He has an Excalibur Matrix 355 and this target is perfect! It stops the bolts and man how easy are they to remove! I wish i would have bought it sooner! I also use it for my Mathews Z7 compound! No issues! Great product and a great price! Thanks for all your efforts! Punkus September 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for the money You cant beat the price for this target. Durable and real easy to pull bolts out of it. I have a back and groin injury and needed something forgiving on my body when it comes to pulling bolts out. This was the target. Not for broad head use , but one or two every now and then isn't gonna do the target any real harm. Buy it , you wont be disappointed. August 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great target My crossbow is rated at 350 fps. And this target works great. Every arrow pulls out easily. If you own a crossbow, you need this target. Highly recommend. October 18, 2012

A:
Yes it will. If it will stop a cross bow it will stop anything that shoots an arrow. Just no broad heads!

It stops a 175 pound crossbow bolt at 20 yards, so probably too tough for a standard bow/arrow combo

This will definitely work for a regular bow. I actually prefer to usse crossbow rated targets for my bow because they stop your arrows better. I even shoot a longbow at my crossbow target.
