Morrell Yellow Jacket Bag Field Point Target
Excellent field point only target ! WE shoot alot and it last a long time. Only thing I dont like is color combo and the bee in the middle are very distracting when aiming

This is a very nice target. The yellow real makes it stand out in long range shots. Easy arrow removal. Target stops arrow about half way up the shaft..

VERY SHORT TARGET LIFE
I started shooting through the target after only two months of use. Stuffing hanging out all over the place. DO NOT BUY THIS TARGET!

Good choice for money
I have had my Morrell Yellow Jacket for about 6 months. I shoot a high performance 70lb compound with carbon arrows. I have used other bag targets before and here are my thoughts on this model.
First, quality of construction. This target does have a high quality of construction, very stout and a bit on the heavy side for its size. The weight tends to be caused, I believe, by the amount of internal material. I find the jellow jack bee cartoon a bit distracting on the target center as I prefer just the spots. A deer vital on the reverse side would be a nice touch. This is a high quality piece based on construciton.
Second, performance. With multiple shots from my bow, I have found the stopping power to be superb compared to others in this price rage. Other bag targets I've owned tend to bulge in back which causes target distortion. I believe this lack of target bulge is due to the "floating core." Arrow pull is good with some resistence. Target tends to leave plastic shreds on the arrows which are easily removed but can be a nucience. As with all bag targets, repeated shots into one spot will eventually cause the arrows to stick out the other side pushing out the inner linings. Change aim points and on occassion, step on the reverse side to re-compress the internal layers.
Overall, this target is good priced for what it does compared to others in its class, although no target is perfect. If you are considering a $30 bag target, spend the extra $10 on this target and vary your aim point for longevity. I've bought several Delta brand bag targets in this price range, which are good also, but the ones I've used tend to distort as I mentioned above. Do not use broad heads on this target as the blades will cut the fibers and cause considerable damage. I would purchase a broadhead specific target to do this.
