  • Classic trout fly pattern
  • Proven producer in every region
  • Beautifully crafted on sharp hooks
  • One dozen
Fishing reports from every region in the country almost always call-out the mid-size Hare's Ear nymph pattern as a top performer, and here is your chance to grab one dozen at an excellent price. Sporting a little teaser tuft tail and a plump dubbed thorax, the Hare’s Ear works well as a mayfly nymph or stonefly imitation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Quality Took My new flies out fishing a couple of days after receiving them they held up very well caught 8 or 9 rainbows. Very good quality and I,m very satisfied as always from the product that Iget from BASS PRO. August 26, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great trout fly in Iowa I live in Eastern Iowa and am somewhat new to fly fishing. I have used both the 12 and 14 sizes and have been impressed with the results of these flies. Quality hooks that set easy. These flies have caught me some nice trout when everything else has failed. I will always have on hand. May 6, 2011

A:
we use this for trout. The main thing to remember is that the bait must look like and act like insects hatching or naturally found in the environment you are fishing.
