Montana Fly Company® Etha-Wing™ Fly Tying Material
The Montana Fly Company (MFC) has combined their original MFC Wing Material with the innovative Ethafoam to create a more realistic looking, durable and higher-floating material called Etha-Wing. Etha-Wing is an exceptional material for creating Mayfly, Caddis, Hopper and Stonefly wings.

I bought these at a retail store and they make tying wings on any dry fly so much easier. I found the fly floats a lot longer with or without a floatant.
I wish they would include a set of directions however as at first I tried to peel the foam backing from the material. Who knew. If they would add some more colors that would be a plus :)
Over all I would seriously recommend using these especially those like me that have issues with creating wings for dries. good advantage is that one can create variable wing designs for a few different species of flies.
