got the 15lb blue. the color of the line is nice. some of the color coating does come off on a paper towel when spooling if you use a wet paper towel to help add pressure when spooling. however there is still plenty of color left on the line after, seems like it is 'overcoated' but its not a negative. spooled an okuma baitcaster and a abu stx20 spinning reel. both have performed well with the braid. did get a couple wind knots on the spinning from overspooling it and throwing light baits in strong wind but now it is at the right level and working great in all conditions. like powerpro and suffix (& most braids) it does take a little use to 'break-in' the line so it is smooth/soft. performance is better than both pp and suffix so far. it also looks cool on blue reels
wish bps would bring back the 1/4lb spools of regular hi-catch mono
