It is a fact that water will help cool you off but this little gadget really does the trick. I used to use a rag (dries up or gets hot or dirty) then i started using a spray bottle to cool off but that sprayed to much and too large drops of water. this does so well that i can spray it directly on my face and dont have to worry about wiping access off or dripping unless i want to. It is best to find a little carry case for it. the bottom can get hung on pocket lips but is still sturdy and easy that i let my 7 yr old son use it when we were at an amusement park.
