works great This scaler works great. No scales from fish all over me. Works great on the little scales on flounder. I've used on salt & fresh water fish. Nothing has worked this good for me. At the price an excelent "stocking stuffer" December 7, 2011
Not worth the money Not impressed at all. I was skeptical but thought I would give it a try, just not happy, not any easier than using a handheld knife to scale. Only thing it did was get me to buy a certain brand of electric knife. My advice, just buy a regular electric knife and use it to skin the fish, don't mess with this de-scaler, its not worth the hassle. June 22, 2011
