Minn Kota put these Terrova freshwater bow mount trolling motors through thousands of hours of in-lab and on-the-water testing. As a result, this generation of Terrova Trolling Motors set a new standard in quality and performance. A Weedless Wedge 2 prop features swept-back, flared blades for reliable performance. An indestructible composite shaft is warranted by the manufacturer for life! Minn Kota Terrova trolling motors run cooler and more quietly than conventional motors, dissipating heat, extending battery power, and extending motor life.
Minn Kota's i-Pilot Link is an integrated GPS trolling system that enables your Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor and Humminbird fishfinder to talk to one another. Not only does the i-Pilot Link offer automatic boat control but the power to find, store and revisit your most productive fishing spots and tracks as well. You command it all from either your Humminbird fishfinder or from the wireless remote—all while retaining the original i-Pilot functions. Positioning your boat was never easier or faster.

If you want to enjoy fishing and not fighting the trolling motor, the terrova with the I-Pilot and link is the way to go. Just point it and step on the "constant" switch, set your speed and go fishing. I will be purchasing the Lake maps chip so I can follow contours with my Humminbird equipment. Just remember to purchase the adaptor cord to link the trolling motor universal sonar to your Humminbird. Great purchase

I have a 20' Stratos bass boat and would like to purchase the Terrova 101lb thrust with ipilot & link but it only comes in a 60" shaft. Is this to long and akward for my boat ?Answers
A:Â
No, I have some friends that opted for the 60" shaft in order to get the 101 thrust. They have not had any problems with its operationA:Â
You will want to measure your boat when it is fully loaded with gear and people for a regular day of fishing. Measure from intended mounting location (transom or bow) to the waterline of the loaded boat. Then add 18 inches. That's the shaft length you are looking for. Thanks!

Motor comes with universal sonar. You will need to purchase the adaptor cord for your particular type of fish finder. The Lake Master chip is also required and must be purchased seperatly. It will only work if you are running Humminbird equipment.1 of 1
