I can't even screw in a lightbulb but when I got the foot pedal I just plugged it in a was using it in seconds.

This foot pedal works great, and is a good addition to the hand-held control for my Minn-Kota ST iPilot trolling motor. Quick response and ease of operation (just plug it in and go) are two things I love about the ST foot control.
I haven't owned, or used it long enough to comment on the reliability or dependability yet.

I ordered one and put it on,It is great for bass fishing or any fishing really , I have used it a lot sence and have had no problems with it at all. It's faster than my wireless foot controller I had.
