Minn Kota®: Anywhere. Anytime.
Deploy-Assist Lever
Puts you in motion and in pursuit of fish, quickly and easily. Simply depress the lever to deploy the motor and you're ready to go. When it's time to move, it stows easily and securely -- ready for action again as soon as you are.
Ergonomically Designed Foot Pedal
Offers precise speed adjustment, right/left steering, and both momentary and constant on/off. Features the industry's highest IP68 waterproof rating and an 18' cord.
Wireless Foot Pedal System Accessory
Plug-n-play design for PowerDrive™ V2 (and Riptide SP) bow-mount motors. Wireless foot pedal gives you the freedom to fish anywhere on the boat. Pedal functions include left/right steering, speed up/down, and motor on/off. Receiver attaches to the right side-plate of trolling motor mount and includes plug to allow corded foot pedal to be used in conjunction with the wireless pedal. System is programmable to allow multiple foot pedals and/or CoPilot™ remotes to be ''learned'' (up to 10 total, sold separately).
Digital Maximizer™ Technology
Up to five times longer run time on a single charge. By controlling the draw of power at variable speeds, Digital Maximizer eliminates wasted energy, extends battery life, and gives you more time on the water.
Universal Sonar 2
Dual beam capability (with all Humminbird® DualBeam PLUS™ and select Lowrance and Garmin® units) provides expanded coverage and greater bottom detail at 83 kHz and 200 kHz. Integrated, concealed transducer is protected from the elements; temperature-sensing compatibility with all major sonar brands.

Nice trolling motor okay: i haven;t been out on the water yet so I will update later this week but I wanted to get this out first. I'm sure I will like this on my Tracker 175 (2011) 60hp 4 stroke. If you are looking to buy one, beware a couple things. It is wireless but what the ad doesn't cover is that you will need more parts to go wireless. I ordered the wireless foot pedal ($99), then discovered I needed to order the "wireless" hardware (right side plate) when it came in. Another $149. Then when the motor arrived, it has on the box 'Don't Forget you need an adapter for the sonar". So back to bass pros's and another $35. All in all, still a good motor but would of been nice knowing all the extras upfront so I could of included them in the original order and not spend two weeks buying all the extra parts!! Great Trolling Motor. The Universal Sonar is nice because no wires to run on the shaft of the motor. The foot pedal with this motor is simple to use and a lot easier on long fishing days because of the digital control. Easy to use and I have the 55lb thrust on a NX750 Nitro and the motor has no problem pulling boat in any weather. Outstanding motor with many features to play with. The only reason the motor doesn't get 5 stars is because of the inability to use the foot pedal with iPilot feature. This would be very helpful to be able to use both like on other motors made by Minn Kota. April 21, 2011
MinnKota Powerdrive V2 Fantastic trolling motor, my second one to be exact.this new one with Universal Sonar 2 is the best thing on the water, next to a 12# bass of course. the setupt eleminates the wires down the out side of shaft. wish i would have had this years ago. would recommened it to anyone, anywhere November 5, 2010
Terribly Disappointed We bought this motor two years ago, disappointed from the beginning. 70lbs of thrust wouldn't move the boat or it may have if it ever ramped up. They assured me 70 would be plenty for an 19' bass boat. I have cleared more weeds from the prop than the "weed wedge" has cleared from itself. The stow and deploy are anything but easy. I asked a MK rep about difficulty of the deploy early on, they told me to use "armour all on the shaft, it'll make it easier". The problem was rectified last Saturday, the bracket that holds the shaft to the mount broke. The trolling motor hit the water, broke the prop, hit the hull, and bent the mounting bracket like it was paper. We believe there had to be a fracture or defect in the bracket for it to break so easily, but MK said no way, it was not stowed properly. January 20, 2009

Yes, that is correct. The built-in transducer will only provide 2D sonar imaging. Currently Down Imaging is not an option.
