Wish there would have been more detailed info explaining that there are two rings (set) per package. I bought two sets.

These are complete junk. Rounded off the first wrench. Then neither of the two sets of rings I bought would align correctly during install. Either both my Prostaff and Monarch scopes are bent or someone screwed up the engineering when designing these rings. Complete junk. Ordered Warne rings for replacements.

Tried to assemble these rings with a redhead scope, factory tightened Allen screw top mounts so tight that it rounded out the Allen. Then when I pulled off the base mount the cheap pop metal snapped. I will never, I repeat NEVER buy a millett product again. Also I wish I could give this 0 stars but website won't let me. Save yourself some heartache, don't buy millett.

I have 2 sets of these rings (1" & 30mm) and found both to be high quality and perform the intended job. They hold for the recoil of a 22-250, but can't comment on higher recoil rifles.
I really like the windage adjustment - scope adjustment does not have to be used up to get the scope centered. This is especially helpful with 2 pc mounts, which may not have good alignment. I centered the turret adjustment of the scope, used the ring adjustment to get close, then used the scope turret to dial in the last few clicks.
