Rated 5 out of 5 by Catches Carp Too This bait does work ok for trout but on several trips I caught more carp than I did trout using the garlic flavored bait. It was a lot of fun landing carp on ultra light tackle but they are hard on your equipment. For anyone who fishes for carp you should give the garlic flavor a try it worked better for carp than it did trout for me. December 6, 2007
