Inside, a waterproof membrane provides breathable waterproof protection to ensure your feet stay dry and comfortable. The Alpha's boot-in-boot system keeps feet warm with an insulating inner boot that can be taken out and worn as a stand alone camp boot. This removable inner boot works with the 600g Opti-Warm synthetic insulation and heat reflecting Active Heat Insole to keep you comfortable in temperatures down to -40ºF. Support, stability, and shock absorbing cushioning comes from the boot's compression molded EVA footframe with molded TPU arch shank. Count on sure footing through slick winter conditions from the wolf paw-inspired design and deep 7mm lugs of the Norsehund Alpha Vibram outsole. Snowshoe strap ridge for stability.
