Rated 4 out of 5 by Good shoes; poor laces This is my second pair ( my dog ate pair #1, no kidding!). Anyway, good, comfortable shoes. However, as with my first pair there is something in the material of the laces. They just do not hold. This is the only pair of shoes I have with Merrill provided laces. So, it is not me, it is the laces. Now I know I will need to replace them as the exact same issue happened with pair #1. Good shoe, poor laces will not hold knot and stay laced. April 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good all around lightweight I wear a wide shoe and found the fit on these great. I wore them a few times around home and then for most of a week in Alaska, They were comfortable and light and served me well during a lot of easy trail hiking in Denali and walking all around Fairbanks and Anchorage, Moisture and dew on the grass was never a problem with soaking through on morning walks.
