Rated 4 out of 5 by same as others stated installed on a pontoon boat. same as others has stated poor instuctions. also wired all and after about 1 hour of trying to find out why no power and then find out that it has no fuse. takes 5 amp fuse. work good January 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by good purchase very good product and it is the item that i needed...Works very good. August 1, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Could have been better I bought this to install into a 70qt cooler I was building into a livewell. The instructions were pretty poor. The aerator switch did not come with a fuse and no matter where I looked I could not figure out how to wire it and what size fuse to get. Other than the poor instructions and fuse issue the pump itself works fine. June 6, 2011

A:
yes it will work as long as your ice chest becomes a permanent fixture in your boat. I used this system to install in my custom made livewell and it worked well.
