Maxima Ultragreen One Shot Fishing Line
I used this line for several years some time back and was generally happy with it. It has good knot strength ang great abrasion resistance. I also like the color. My only complaint is that it seem to be a little stiff but it still performs well. Although not my favorite line, I would not hesitate to use it if needed and still consider it in situations where extra abrasion resistance is needed.

I light-line fish in the rivers of the Pacific Northwest. I use this line because it never fails on me. I count on it to land all types of fish that swim these rivers. In the fall the hard fighting Chum mix in with the Silvers, so you need to be ready. I run 8lb main-6lb leader because the water can be pretty clear in late October into November. This picture is a 12lb Chum I landed on this line. Not the biggest I have caught on light line, just an example to show you how big the water is and the fish this line WILL land. I give it 4 stars because it is hard to find in stores.

great strength with low visibility
I just got back from lake Taneycomo and had a successful trip of fishing. I always purchase your maxima fishing line when I go trout fishing or bass fishing at Table Rock. Over the years I have landed numerous 3lb. trout or bigger on your 2lb. line!!! I believe it is a superior product. I use your 6lb. line at Table Rock and catch quality bass on it all the time. The strength and low visibility of this product in clear water is a tremendous advantage for landing more fish than the average angler.

very bad product...
I just don't understand all the great reviews from the other customers. This line coiled up like a telephone cord after about five minutes and started twisting all over the place. Maybe it can't tolerate cold water (it was post ice-out in April). Who knows? Anyway, I then switched spools to 8 lb origional Fireline and started catching fish.
