I have worn Maui Jims for over 10 years and have 3 pairs, The glass lens are alot better than the poly, as for scratches from the salt water and sand and such. They are a bit more in price than others but last so much longer, and the customer service and replacement warranty is by far the best I have come across. I use mine for fishing, (both Fresh and Salt) hunting upland game and deer, and everyday use on the road. Once you wear a pair you will see and feel the difference.
