Enjoy infrared performance and amazing cooking versatility from a backyard grill with the Masterbuilt Nfusion Infrared Two Burner Propane Grill. This unique grill utilizes Masterbuilt's POWER FLOW infrared cooking system to sear, steam, smoke, broil, bake, or grill food with just one machine.

This system employs two 10,000 BTU infrared burners under the left third of the grill that deliver great searing ability directly above it, while also heating the rest of the grill. The heat from these capable burners reflects down off the hood in an S-shape flow over the right side of the grill. This unique heat flow cooks food from the top down, moving all the juice and flavor through the food rather than dripping away. Positioned over a water bath, food cooked on the right side ends up moist with no worries of flare ups while it cooks. In between the two sides sits the Nfusion's innovative FLAVOR CHAMBER. This stainless steel divider box holds and heats your favorite your favorite juice, wine, herb, or seasoning liquid for an aromatic, flavor-infusing steam throughout the grill. The POWER FLOW system also features a wood chip holder above the burners to make smoking easy.

The Nfusion grill offers 760 square inches of cooking space over its stainless steel cooking grates and chrome-plated warming rack. Two thermometers in the insulated hood help you monitor the cooking temperatures in the two cooking areas, while the 10,000 BTU side burner allows you to fix sauces or side dishes right at the grill.
