I love this fryer big enough to fry 1 to 2lbs of fish at one time and small enough for your kitchen counter. removable oil pan is a great feature and makes it a cinch to clean. Nice not to have to drag out the turkey fryer when ever I have alot of fish to fry.

I love this unit. Been using it for 8 months and it has handled everything we have thrown at it. Chicken quarters, fish, shrimp, tri-taters, fried Mac-n-cheese. Unit heats up quickly and is very easy to clean with its removable oil pan. Outperforms any other fryer I have used!!!
