perfect to keep smoke rolling even when smoker is at temp. Masterbuilts biggest problem is, once smoker gets to temp the element never stays on long enough to make smoke! with this addition now smokes constantly. Cold smoked some venison Hot Andouille sausage for 6 hours at 100 degrees, smoked the whole time with cold smoker kit!

This cold smoker kit is the best! Easy to assemble kit turned my smoker into smoking machine! Unit holds enough chips to last for hours and with the ability to smoke at lower temps it's perfect for summer sausage, cheese or what have you.
