Details: 
Can I use this product on my boat hull when it is on a boat lift hanging over the water? Or is is to harsh and hurt/chase away the fish in the area

A: 
just fiberglass. Go to a car wash and spray it on and let sit for 30 minutes or so. I go at nite time so I do not bother anyone.
