Does what it says I tried this product over 6 months ago, and after applying ithe product, it made a drastic improvement on launching my boat. Makes it a breeze to get it off the trailer and makes loading it even more easy. July 24, 2007
Can not go without If you have covered boards on your trailer and have any problems getting your boat in the water or taking it out YOU need to try this liquid rollers. I have used this product 10 years and apply it every year. The only problem you will find with it the boat will leave the trailer and dump the boat on the ground. (it almost happened to me) The fishing partner unhooked the front of the boat before I had the boat in the water, the boat started sliding off the trailer so to save the boat I had to back up rather quickly. So do not unhook the boat until the boat is in the water. Buy it-you will not be sorry and wonder why you never tried it sooner. September 21, 2010
Amazing stuff! I've owned nothing but roller trailers all my life and was less than thrilled when my new boat came with a bunk trailer. First launch went "OK" with some moderate shoving and rocking to launch in shallow water. After reading reviews all over the net, I tried this stuff. WOW! Boat will launch itself if your not careful. She launches as easy now as the best of the roller trailers I've had in the past. It's especially usefull if you frequent ramps that don't allow you to wet the bunks /float off . The only problem with this stuff is if you like to drive onto your trailer, you just slide right back off. June 2, 2009
Great product Was a fight to load and unload my pontoon boat before using. The trailer for the boat I bought used no carpet on the bunks, just bear boards. Had plan to carpet at the end of the year, still needed something in the mean time. While looking for new bunks, I found a link for liquid rollers.Reviews were good, so gave it a try. WOW, made all the difference in the world. I have bought two more cans for this year, but have not needed them yet. The application from last year still doing the job. Great stuff. July 30, 2012

Yes, I've used it on my trailer hauling/storing my 16' Mirrocraft outfitter with no impact to the factory paint at all. It is not greasy and seems to leave no residue on the bunk carpet. But MAN does it work!

Yes. The loading & unloading of boats easy. Dramatically reduces friction to make bunk boards as slick as rollers. Long-lasting, non-greasy, non-staining formula. Thanks

Details:
I have a triple tube pontoon trailer with carpeted bunks. Was looking at the taco glyde slicks and ez pads but that's a lot of bunks to cover (two bunks per tube, each 20 ft long). Looking for the most affordable but effective option.

A:
Yes, it's safe on and designed for carpeted bunks. It does not affect the paint on my Mirrocraft boat either. I've used this stuff for 4 years and will say it's a great product. Actually a little scary on how easily the boat will slide off once you use this. DO NOT UNHOOK your safety chain until you're in the water.
