Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great recurve Before i bought this i was using an old traditional recurve that shoots directly off the shelf. This with the arrow rest immediately improved my accuracy. The grip is comfortable and although its a recurve i also added a sight and is improving my groupings even more. I am very happy with this bow it looks and performs great. May 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty good So far I've shot maybe 60 arrows through it and no problem yet(knock on wood). The only thing I didn't like was the way it came. There were no directions on how to put it together. Only a diagram that lacked info. Also it came with unnecessary composite washers that don't even fit the bow. But once I figured it out and put it together I was outside shooting at my target. April 29, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not good I shot 4 to 6 arrows and the string pops out of place and ends up on the back of the bow. I called Martin, they said to try bending the limb straight but it's not bent. Have to call them again and see what they want to do with it because it's unusable right now. June 4, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Starter Bow!! This a good choice for a beginner. Low cost and performs very well. The rest that comes with this bow is cheesy but other then that, I have no complaints. April 24, 2012

I wouldn't recomend this bow to anyone for anything, just because of the quality and durabilty issues I have personally had with it. Starting out I think a compound bow would be alot better for a beginer.

YES and it does come in different draw weights but if the draw length is shorter than 28" then the draw weight will drop accordingly

A:
there are three different draw weights 30#, 40# AND 50# but the weight is measured @ 28 inches so if you draw it further it will be more weight.

I use the Easton Legacy 2018. Never had a problem with the arrow. But the bow may fail. Keep an eye on the limbs.
