When you're fishing the thick stuff—lily pads, weed-choked shallows, submerged vegetation—nothing is quite as effective as a good ol' hollow-body frog. Two upturned premium hooks allow Mann's Super Frog to glide effortlessly through the slop without bringing a pile of it back to the boat. After walking the Super Frog over the top, allow it to sit in the open pockets for 10 to 15 seconds while gently twitching the bait. This tantalizing movement activates the frog's twin skirted legs, convincing the most finicky fish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FISH ON! This a great lure! I fished the everglades frog at dusk (light rain) in the pads and weeds. I was hooking up all over the place. Be patient! April 16, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Topwater Bait This frog is great for the thick weeds and lilly pads. I can run it strait over weeds without snagging and it looks just like a frog going across it. It's very easy to cast a long way or to pitch if need be. Definitely the most versitale top water bait I've used. I only gave it 4 starts because I haven't caught a fish with it yet, but I haven't been on a good top water day and it doesn't look like anyone else has trouble. March 21, 2011

Black is everglades and poison dart. You can also find a black one that has red flakes in it at times, but I can't remember the exact name for that one. Rain Frog is more yellow than anything, Bull Ford looks like your standard natural one, Artic is white, and Cypress is green with a watermelon flake appearance. Hope this helps.

A:
the everglades frog is best because it is black/red and is best for cloudy days and in the evening and i have not had any luck with the other colors yet. so everglades frog is the best.
