Universal fit mounting blocks and T-knob bolts - fit most vehicle cross rails
I bought these J racks for my 12' sit on top fishing yak. They make it very easy to load and unload, even after sitting in the Florida sun all day. Yes they do have some flex to them, but they always hold mt yak nice and secure.

I used this rack for 2 years on top of my Xterra. The racks don't mount up to the stock cross bars so I made some out of metal stock found at any home improvement store. I hauled two 12ft kayaks all over Florida and only once did I have a issue. I found that you need to buy a strap to go around both kayaks in the middle to kind of pull them together. One one trip I could tell that the yak started to come out however this day the winds and rain were crazy strong other wise I think it would have been fine. I have since upgraded to a Titan (full size truck) and no longer need the racks or else the would still be in use!

Not a good buy
This kayak rack is not as sturdy as I needed it to be. The tall side that is supposed to support the boat is actually somewhat flexible, so the boat moves and shifts. Mine came completely dislodged after a bumpy dirt road and curcy mountain road.
