I would go off of the Malibu site specs. Will you be car-topping it or putting it in a truck bed? I bought my last kayak because of the weight factor and got a lighter kayak from a different popular manufacturer, now I fish out of a Malibu and I like having the extra weight, it can cut through the wind a lot better.1 of 1
