For those of us with eyes that don't exactly cooperate with us anymore, this threader really saves time! Easy to use while in the water without wasting time missing the eye of the smallest flies. Works great!

this is the best way to quickly secure your fly to thread your leader or tippet thru for tying on. since my eye sight is not what it use to be i like that it holds the fly securely.
