I use 4 of these to carry 9mm range ammo and they do the job nicely. The lid secures very well and also has hinges so you don't have to worry about eventually breaking off the lid like with other products after repeated opening/closing. They fit nicely in my small range bag too.

Will 38-888-619-02 CLEAR BLUE .40 S&W - .45 ACP or any other standard 100 round case hold .22LR ammunition. It would be great if (4) .22LR rounds (2 up/2 down diagonally) could fit in each shell slot.

I have a Berry's MFG 45 acp case and it holds the 4 22lr cases diagonally as you ask. I don't see why other cases like MTM would not be able to handle them.A:
9mm cases can hold 2 .22 LR rounds in each slot, so my guess is a.45 case would hold at least 3 rounds.1 of 1
