The two Mojo Bluebill floaters that I purchased I haven't used yet, but hope to this weekend. They look good and the assembly instructions that come with them make sense and are pretty easy to follow.
I have seen reviews in the past that complain about them being unstable in rougher water. These concerns are clearly addressed in the instructions ... all you have to do is read :)
